Greiða námskeiðsgjald
Til að tryggja þátttöku þína í námskeiðinu fer best á því að greiða þátttökugjaldið eigi síðar en 30 dögum eftir að þér hefur borist staðfestingarbréfið.
Ef þú býrð og starfar á Íslandi og ert meðlimur íslensks stéttafélags getur þú sótt um styrk fyrir námskeiðum. Upp á frekari upplýsingar að gera hafðu þá samband við stéttafélagið þitt. Starfsfólk Háskólaseturs getur ekki veitt upplýsingar um þessi mál.

These terms relate to all Icelandic language courses offered at the University Center of the Westfjords.
To secure your registration, the course fee should be settled at your earliest convenience and no later than 30 days after you have received your confirmation letter. For cancellations made more than 30 days before course begin, the University Centre of the Westfjords will refund 90 % of the course fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days before course begin, the University Centre of the Westfjords will refund 50 % of the course fee. A cancellation or refund of the course fee is not possible if the course has already started.
Please note that we collect and refund payments in Icelandic Krona (ISK). The amount of your refund reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund.
We require a minimum number of 4 students to be able run a group course. We will always try our hardest to run all our courses as advertised but make the following reservation: In case of less than 4 participants, UW will offer the participant(s) a tailor-made solution with a lowered number of teaching hours. Participants who do not accept the tailor-made solution have the right to withdraw from the course and will get the course fee refunded.
If the University Centre of the Westfjords sees itself forced to cancel the entire course, the full course fee will be refunded.
Course material is included in the course fee. All teaching takes place in Ísafjörður at the University Centre of the Westfjords. Accommodation is not included in the course fee. Students are required to be 18 years and over. If any student attending our courses is under the age of 18, they must inform us by email at the time of their booking and the parent´s consent is required for their participation.
